Hello! And welcome to the first official Righteousness Month blog post!

To start off I want to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July! I hope you all had a wonderful day today. I know it’s been a tough time here in America, though I pray we can all take the time to be unified and remember we are one family.

Also, thank you to everyone who stopped by this website and/or shared this event with a friend. It really means a lot!

Still getting acquainted with the website/blog builder, so I apologize for any technical difficulties in advance. Hopefully we will have more features on this site coming soon! :D

Plans for this blog include sharing scripture, worship music, and any news related to Righteousness Month and similar events.

A good idea that recently came to me is to open up prayer requests! In the comment sections always feel free to leave a prayer request, and every so often we will post up a blog with those comments so people can pray together as one. And perhaps we can also have testimonies/praise reports too?

 
+For the first bit of official news, I’d like to mention July 7th as a Righteousness Month observance day. Reason? When Righteousness Month was first organized last year that was the date I set aside to spend time with my mom on a little picnic. While Righteousness Month is now forever to be in August, I still like to observe it for memory’s sake. Also kinda like a promotion/preparation day. I’ll be heading to the park on that day for some prayer and hopefully help spread the word? You can join me in prayer if you like!

 
If you guys have any ideas you would like to share please be open to comment below! While I am the person who started this event, I don’t want it to belong to me or anyone in particular. Righteousness Month is meant to glorify God, and help people to remember to be upright and at peace with one another.
